Scope
This policy applies to Skywell for iPhone and iPad. Skywell is a general-audience game. It is family-friendly, but it is not specifically directed to children and is not distributed in Apple’s Kids Category.
Gameplay data and progress
Skywell does not require an account. Scores, progress, crystals, perks, cosmetics, preferences, and settings are stored locally on the device. The developer does not operate servers intended to collect this gameplay data.
Advertising
Skywell uses Google AdMob to display menu banners, interstitial ads at natural breaks in gameplay, and optional rewarded videos. The game requests non-personalised ads and advertising content rated for a general audience.
Google and its partners may process technical information needed to deliver, secure, and measure ads, such as IP address, device information, ad interactions, and identifiers available under the device settings and the user’s consent. Consent and privacy choices
In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, where required, Skywell uses Google’s consent platform to present available choices before requesting ads. Available options depend on the user’s location and applicable law.
In-app purchases
Purchases, including ad removal, crystal packs, and cosmetic content, are processed by Apple. Skywell receives only the technical information needed to verify and restore purchases and does not receive complete payment details.
Retention and control
Local gameplay data remains on the device until the app or its data is deleted. Information processed by Apple and Google is retained according to their respective policies and the user’s settings.
